For the past seven years, SETDA has conducted a state-by-state survey and created the National Trends report in conjunction with the Metiri Group. The report is intended to inform national policymakers on the progress of state education agencies (SEAs) and local education agencies (LEAs) in achieving NCLB II D goals, as well as to provide SEAs and LEAs with current information on the strategies and tactics other states and school districts are using to get results. Full reports as well as webpages outlining further detail and supporting documents are available for each year beginning in 2004.

Individual State Profile Reports
The Individual State Profile Reports highlight the organization of the EETT program and examples of in each state. To access individual state profile reports, go to the individual states' pages available via the State Members Map. In addition, individual state reports from Round 4 (2005-2006) and Round 5 (2006-2007) are available at states2.metiri.com. Select the round and then the state in the left navigation of the Metiri website. For individual state reports from Round 3 (2004-2005), go to states.metiri.com and select the state from the left navigation.
In 2010, SETDA also created a pamphlet highlighting the major trends and examples from the full National Trends report for distribution during SETDA and other educational events.
