ARRA Formula Grant LEA Survey

The SETDA LEA Formula Survey is a tool that some states will use to collect the required data for ARRA reporting. LEAs, please work with your SEAs regarding this process including deadlines and requirements for your state.

SETDA STRONGLY recommends that LEAs complete their data collection via the Word version prior to accessing the online survey tool.
